2. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

3.1 Newsletter Signup Discount (10% Off First Order)

• The 10% discount applies to qualifying items only.
• Qualifying items include full-price board games, card games, puzzles, and accessories.
• The following are excluded from the 10% discount:
  • Items already on sale or marked down
  • Trading cards (sealed product, booster packs, booster boxes)
  • Pre-order items
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Collectibles and limited edition items
  • Items from the Clearance or Sale categories
  • Shipping charges
• The discount code is for single use only and cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
• One discount code per customer. We reserve the right to void duplicate sign-ups.
• There is no minimum order value, but free delivery thresholds apply separately.

3.2 General Promotional Terms

• Promotional offers are valid for the stated period only.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion without notice.
• Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
• Promotional discounts are applied before shipping charges.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
• Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
• Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Sealed games and puzzles that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Trading cards and collectibles are non-returnable once opened, due to the nature of the product.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
• If a game is missing components, we will contact the publisher on your behalf to arrange replacement parts where possible.
