How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses in the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail except where previously stated. Packages from warehouses in other countries will be shipped by suitable couriers depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, on certain items we provide shipping around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. Please contact us to confirm if delivery is possible to your country.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Where possible you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
