Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Sealed board games and puzzles that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
- Trading cards and collectibles once opened (due to the nature of the product)
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as final sale or clearance (unless faulty)
How to Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm the return and provide a return address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Post it back to us using a tracked service (we recommend keeping the proof of postage)
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense
- Faulty or incorrect item: We'll cover the return shipping cost
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty product
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Received something broken or damaged? Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. If a game is missing components, we'll contact the publisher on your behalf.
